Route66 series
Route66 is a product family which allows to network all other BroaMan devices but also may be used with 3rd party products in multiple different application. There are 3 main versions of Route66: Video Matrix / Fiber Patchbay / Optocore AutoRouter.
Description
Route66 Video Router is a perfect solution for studio infrastructure, advanced OB Vans and live productions. It can be used as a centralized video, audio and data router with Mux22 or Repeat48 connected as stageboxes providing the required I/O in multiple remote locations. Thanks to local I/O Route66 can be used as a standalone video router. It can be also combined with Optocore audio interfaces, creating one elegant and cost effective solution.
Route66 video matrix can be controlled from Optocore Control software, external hardware or 3rd party software control.

Route66 Fiber Patchbay is perfect solution for studio infrastructure or advanced OB Vans. It is a standalone protocol independent fiber router – can be used to route open as well as proprietary protocols like SMPTE-311m (camera – CCU fiber link), Studer A-Link, Calrec Hydra, Yamaha TwinLANe, Gigabit Ethernet etc. All of those mentioned streams can be freely routed in the Optocore Control software, external hardware or 3rd party software control. Single Route66 can work with multiple different protocols at the same time.
Route66 replaces manual fiber patchbay and necessity to patch cables manually every time the production changes – with Route66 single operator can do all patching from the remote location via LAN.

Route66 Optocore AutoRouter is compatible with Optocore, ProGrid and DiGiCo fiber loops, creating a redundant ‘star’ out of the ring topology.
It can be used in the installation and live sound market, where mixed ring/star or star topology is more desirable due to a star based fibre cable layout.
Route66 Optocore AutoRouter automatically discovers mobile devices and adds them to the Optocore loop. When mobile device is disconnected or powered down, Route66 automatically closes the loop with the remaining devices. It always discovers and switches the links automatically to establish redundancy, without any user action – there is no need to control or change fiber patching by user.
INTELLIGENT PATCHBAY FOR OPTOCORE

Route66 Video AutoRouter is a solution dedicated for small and large studio facilities with multiple connection points and mobile stageboxes.
Multiple Route66 Video AutoRouters are interconnected to create an advance routing array, which is specified and built in close cooperation with the customer. Thanks to this, customer receivers a cost efficient, application engineered solution tailored to his requirements.
Video AutoRouter array enables very quick set changes in studio, without necessity of complex programming each time. Video, audio and data channels always follow the stagebox, whenever it is connected. Thanks to sophisticated design Route66 Video AutoRouter array automatically discovers stagebox movement and patches all pre-programmes channels to the port where stagebox is actually connected. The system enables multiple stagebox connection, each stagebox with its unique patch.
On a day-to-day basis no user control is required and all the advanced routing action is done in the background.
UNIQUE AUTOMATIC VIDEO ROUTING
Automatically discovers stagebox connection and routes pre-programmed video, audio and data
KEY FACTS:
- Automatic Video, Audio and Data routing
- No software operator required
- Up to 24 stageboxes
- Each stagebox with pre-programmed patch – plug&play stageboxes
